SUMMARY:Demystifying Project Management in Information Technology
DESCRIPTION:Learn in a classroom environment with your peers\, virtually\, with a BEVA® instructor online. \nCourse Length: 2 days \nAudience: Managers/Supervisors/Team Leaders / Team members /IT Architects\, engineers and Technicians \nLearning objectives \n\nBased on an assigned case study or an technology existing project\, the learner\, whether in management\, administration or operations\, will create a project Charter\, a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)\, A RACI (Responsible-Accountable-Consulted-Informed) and a communication plan to enable a project team to achieve the assigned objectives. \nThe expected results \nThe activities carried out will be used as an evaluation model to measure students’ achievement of these results. The learner will be part of a group (project team) for which he will participate in workshops to complement various project documents (objectives).\nFor example\, the group will have a template and will create a project Charter\, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)\, the RACI (Responsible-Accountable-Consulted-Informed) and the communication plan based on the assigned case study or a real project on which one of the learners works. The instructor will do everything to make sure that he / she understands the work and answers questions..\nThe duration of the course is two days. \nMethodology: \nThe methodology used in this two-day training is based on an interactive approach where the instructor encourages participants to collaborate with them.
