SUMMARY:Demystifying Project Management in Construction
DESCRIPTION:Learn in a classroom environment with your peers\, virtually\, with a BEVA® instructor online. \nCourse Length: 2 days \nAudience: Managers/Supervisors/Team Leaders / Team members /Employees involved in construction industry. \nLearning objectives \nBased on an assigned case study or an existing project\, the learner\, whether in management\, administration or operations\, will create a project Charter\, a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)\, A RACI (Responsible-Accountable-Consulted-Informed) and a communication plan to enable a project team to achieve the assigned objectives. \nThe expected results \nThe activities carried out will be used as an evaluation model to measure students’ achievement of these results.
