L&rsquo;AFMO avait accueilli Richard et son \u00e9pouse Gis\u00e8le \u00e0 titre d&rsquo;exposants lors de son congr\u00e8s 2019 \u00e0 Sudbury. Une belle collaboration venait de na\u00eetre. Le contexte derri\u00e8re le sondage, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait d&rsquo;apprendre ce qu&rsquo;\u00e9taient les besoins en formation professionnelle au sein de nos municipalit\u00e9s membres. Apr\u00e8s du va-et-vient de courriels afin de s&rsquo;entendre sur la teneur des questions qu&rsquo;a \u00e9labor\u00e9es BEVA, nous avons envoy\u00e9 le sondage \u00e0 nos membres en pr\u00e9vision de pouvoir d\u00e9p\u00eacher des associ\u00e9s de BEVA l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le besoin et l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat seraient apparents. Bien que cette d\u00e9marche ait \u00e9t\u00e9 ralentie par la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19, l&rsquo;AFMO a confiance que le projet puisse \u00eatre men\u00e9 \u00e0 terme aussit\u00f4t que les municipalit\u00e9s retourneront \u00e0 leur fonctionnement habituel.
