PM360 \u00b0 : L\u2019INSTRUMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le PM360\u00b0 est un jeu de questions en ligne, qui fait partie d\u2019une plate-forme plus large du 360\u200b\u200b\u00b0 et qui contient des questionnaires pour les niveaux de direction et de gestion, la gestion des ventes, la gestion des risques en gestion de projet et plus encore. Un 360\u00b0 est une liste de questions comportementales, \u00e9ventuellement compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par un certain nombre de questions ouvertes, et qui est \u00e9valu\u00e9e par le milieu professionnel d\u2019une personne (appel\u00e9e Self), soit\u00a0le gestionnaire de projet et son patron, son commanditaire, ses pairs et son \u00e9quipe de projet.<\/p>\n

La liste PM360\u00b0 est bas\u00e9e sur la recherche et couvre un large \u00e9ventail de comportements que les gestionnaires de projet qui ont du succ\u00e8s affichent dans des situations vari\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Le rapport de r\u00e9troaction PM360\u00b0 se compose de trois parties :<\/p>\n

La premi\u00e8re partie du rapport donne un aper\u00e7u graphique de la fa\u00e7on dont la r\u00e9ponse est du Soi se rapporte \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse des personnes qui ont r\u00e9pondu au questionnaire. Le premier graphique montre une image g\u00e9n\u00e9rique et un second graphique donne un aper\u00e7u de l\u2019individu par rapport aux diff\u00e9rents sous-groupes.<\/li>\n
  2. La deuxi\u00e8me partie du rapport contient les donn\u00e9es consolid\u00e9es de toutes les personnes qui ont r\u00e9pondu, sauf les r\u00e9ponses du patron. Toutes les questions et leurs r\u00e9ponses respectives sont r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es.<\/li>\n
  3. La troisi\u00e8me partie pr\u00e9sente les r\u00e9ponses aux questions ouvertes et constitue des t\u00e9moignages tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cieux d\u2019appr\u00e9ciation ainsi que des commentaires personnels pour l\u2019individu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
