SCOE fournit un soutien financier direct aux employeurs qui souhaitent offrir une formation professionnelle \u00e0 leur main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n
Dans le cadre de ce programme de subvention, les employeurs choisissent qui devrait suivre la formation, ainsi que la formation qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 leurs besoins de perfectionnement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.

Le SCOE financera, en moyenne, les deux tiers (2\/3) des co\u00fbts de formation admissibles d\u2019un travailleur, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 000 $.
Les frais de formation admissibles comprennent les frais de scolarit\u00e9, les frais accessoires, les manuels et le mat\u00e9riel.<\/p>\n
