The learner will be part of a group (project team) for which he will participate in workshops to complement various project documents (objectives).\r\nFor example, the group will have a template and will create a project Charter, the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), the RACI (Responsible-Accountable-Consulted-Informed) and the communication plan based on the assigned case study or a real project on which one of the learners works. The instructor will do everything to make sure that he \/ she understands the work and answers questions..\r\nThe duration of the course is two days.\r\n\r\n<strong>Methodology:<\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe methodology used in this two-day training is based on an interactive approach where the instructor encourages participants to collaborate with them.
