The goal of this course is to introduce participants to the concepts of Agile by exploring the Agile Manifesto, Principles, Scrum Roles and Events. In today’s world of fast-paced technology, continually changing requirements and project scope, the need for Agile Framework and not just for software projects has greatly increased.
