The Mastering

THE TOOL:

As a form of self-evaluation and / or co-assessment between an operational actor and his manager, the MASTERING tool gives a factual, precise and consistent vision of the level of adaptation of expected good practices in attitudes towards the customers.

Objective: To identify the strengths, the areas for improvement and implement the appropriate actions.

Each team leader has a dashboard that gives a synthetic and regular vision for each collaborator.

Advantage: so it knows where everyone is and can prioritize its interventions and support.

THE PROCESS:
