This domain focuses on the plan-based approach to managing projects, creating a project management plan, schedule, and change controls.
Domain 3
Agile Frameworks/methodologies
This domain focuses on adaptive approaches to managing projects, creating iterations, and using a servant leadership approach.
Domain 4
Business Analysis Frameworks
This domain focuses on the ‘Why’ of a project, the business case. Gathering requirements and creating a product roadmap.
