To Qualify for the CAPM Certification Examination
You must have:
- Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)

This 23-hour course not including the breaks is a lot of information. It is offered as
9 Half-Day (3 hour) Virtual Sessions – Held Weekly
This allows for time to apply the concepts on the job – a key success factor for successful CAPM certification.

The course is based on PMI’s CAPM Exam Content (ECO) Outline released in January 2023.
Domain 1
Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts
This domain focuses on standardized project management terminology, life cycles, planning processes/strategies and roles and responsibilities.
Domain 2
Predictive, Plan Based Methodologies
This domain focuses on the plan-based approach to managing projects, creating a project management plan, schedule, and change controls.
Domain 3
Agile Frameworks/methodologies
This domain focuses on adaptive approaches to managing projects, creating iterations, and using a servant leadership approach.
Domain 4
Business Analysis Frameworks
This domain focuses on the ‘Why’ of a project, the business case. Gathering requirements and creating a product roadmap.

This course includes 23 hours of instruction offered virtually using Zoom technology.
You receive
- 10-minute breaks at the top of each hour
- Certified training material by PMI with digital access key for the learner to follow during the instructor’s presentation

- Quick reference cards, support charts
