Essentials of Government Transformation Management

The Essentials of Government Transformation Management is a one-of-a-kind course designed to equip public servants and government consultants with the skills and confidence for improving performance in complex public-sector environments.

This is the only course that integrates 1) management consulting / business analysis, 3) project management, and 4) people change management into a single, coherent transformation framework & cohort, specifically designed for government environments,

… fully compliant with Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) policies and directives, ensuring direct applicability within federal, provincial, and broader public-sector contexts.

Participants learn how to move from a clear problem statement to measurable operational outcomes, transforming people, processes, assets, and technology to achieve enhanced operational performance.

In times of government budget constraints and workforce pressures, the efficiencies of the framework are specifically designed to help organizations do more with less by improving prioritization, execution coherence, and benefits realization.

The course is delivered by a fellow Certified Government Transformation Manager® (from the Government Transformation Management Institute – GTMI.world) and is based on a proven framework already applied by more than 300 public servants across multiple federal departments and agencies.
