Target Audience: General
Provide participants with: an understanding of stress; its physiological and psychological aspects; ways to identify the sources of stress; basis for better managing stress and fundamentals of priority setting and workload planning and use of various techniques.
A student manual is available for the learner to follow during the instructor’s presentation.
Benefits to the participants
Throughout the activities, the learners will look at ways to understand and manage stress as well to prioritize their workload.

A course evaluation will be completed by the learners once the course is finished.
