The last three years or so have had their share of challenges for all of us. Each of us have been challenged by a myriad of events in many different ways and adapted to meet the challenges at hand and often at a personal cost. As human beings we have now carry an emotional and psychological load far greater than humanity has ever seen before. And humans beings, we carry this load, wherever we go, whether in the workplace or at home, in our communities or in our families.
This BEVA® course introduces participants to strategies and approaches that will enable them to work with empathic pain and find effective strategies for effective self-management. It is offered by an accredited professional coach with the a Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator-Coach.

Course Evaluation
An evaluation will be completed by the learners once the course is finished and a survey will be administered to gauge the interest of participants to try further workplace-appropriate practices that can contribute to a workplace mental health and wellness strategy.
