French as a Second Language – Virtual – LANG101

Learn online virtually with an instructor online.

Course Length: Depending level of student (Online language assessment will be required to determine level)

Target Audience: General

Learning Objectives:

This course is to bring the student comprehension, oral and writing skills to Level A, Level B or Level C based on the Canadian Government language requirements.

Course Content:

• Online modules for understanding what a person reads (comprehension)
  • Online exercises
  • Coaching session
• Online modules to assist the student to speak
  • Online exercises
  • Coaching session
• Online modules to assist the student to write (spelling, grammar)
  • Online exercises
  • Coaching session

Student may take the French Competency Test to validate their French Level Skills.

Benefits to the participants

Throughout the activities, the participants will gain a better understanding of the French language and the importance to be able to read, understand and speak with their colleagues..

Course Evaluation

 A course evaluation will be completed by the learners once the course is finished.
