Performance Management

The Performance Management Certificate Program consist of the following courses:

  • Evaluating Performance – 2 days
  • Leadership for Team Leaders and Supervisors – 2 days
  • High Performance Teams – 2 days
  • Responding to Employees Who Underperforms – 1 day

The learner will earn a micro-badge for every course completed. Once all courses are completed the learner will earn a milestone badge.
