Look at the various subsidiary plans as referred by the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) and develop a Project Management Plan. This course focuses in the development of a project management plan.
Methodology:
The methodology used in this one day training rests on an interactive approach where the instructor incites participants to collaborate with him. The instructor will guide and help the participants to increase their knowledge and experience in order to integrate this new material.

A student manual is available for the learner to follow during the instructor’s presentation.
A Project Management Plan Template as well as an example of a Project Management Plan will be provided to the participant.

A course evaluation will be completed by the learners once the course is finished.
