To assist individuals who are preparing for an interview or considering a career change. The workshop will help them to better understand themselves, plan for the interview and be more confident in the interview.

- Understanding the importance of the Statement of Merit
- Understanding competencies and behavioural descriptors
- Preparing the resume and covering letter
- Examining different types of questions
- Understanding behavioural based interview questions
- Learning how to “answer” the questions
- Ways to succeed in an interview
- Examining the do’s and don’ts of an interview
- Practical interview skills
This course can be customized to suit either the interviewers or the people being interviewed.
This is a highly participative workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to work in groups and teams and then come together in a plenary session for open discussion, sharing and learning.
