- Describe how communication affects conflict resolution
- Recognizing different styles of responding to conflict
- Recognizing your own preferred way of dealing with conflict
- Self mastery as the key to effective communication in conflict situations
- Identifying the impact of different conflict styles
- Learning to listen to another’s perspective when in a reactive state
- Taking the “inside out” vs the “outside in perspective in conflict
- Apply communication skills and principles to resolve conflicts

A student manual is available for the learner to follow during the instructor’s presentation.
