Target Audience: 

Employees having experienced trauma or exposed to trauma, trauma survivors or at risk of developing traumatic stress reactions. Through our Organizational Health in Trauma-Exposed Environments principles, your participants will learn about the importance to recognize the significant effects of trauma in their lives and the benefits of a supportive organization.

Our Organizational Health in Trauma-Exposed Environments course will help the organization and its workers to address trauma-related issues proactively in a safe, collaborative and compassionate manner, and preventing retraumatization of people with a history of trauma and exposure to trauma needing help. Your participants will touch on common issues such as lingering and pronounce symptoms and consequences, such as substance abuse, mental illness, and health issues
