Inclusive Leadership in DEI

Target Audience: Team leads, supervisors, managers and directors
This 6-hour BEVA® virtual instructor-led Inclusive Leadership course equips leaders with practical skills to build belonging, fairness, and high-performing teams. Participants learn why inclusion matters, increase self-awareness of unconscious bias, and practice tools to interrupt bias in daily leadership. The BEVA® course focuses on inclusive communication, psychological safety, and structured decision-making to improve team outcomes. Leaders also explore allyship and inclusive team norms, then finish with a concrete action plan and personal commitment they can apply immediately.
Learning Objectives:
The participants will learn to:
- Define inclusive leadership and explain its impact on people, teams, and organizational performance.
- Recognize personal and systemic unconscious biases and use self-awareness to reduce their influence.
- Communicate in ways that build psychological safety and ensure all voices are heard and valued.
