Goal:

We are currently experiencing a crisis of confidence globally. People are less and less confidence in institutions and governments. Employees do not trust their leaders. Young people no longer listen to parents and teachers. Consumers are wary of companies, whose advertising often “flashy.”

This distrust creates a huge cost to our society and its institutions as well as increasing the cost of goods and services for the population. In this context, the leader who becomes aware of the consequences of increased distrust will take action to adapt their behaviour and stand by a credible leadership to its partners and collaborators.
