Living requires resilience, just like working does. It is possible to learn or improve resilience to thrive in the face of adversity like in a trauma-exposed work. Building resilience strategies brings a change of mindset, from negativity to positivity, and it makes for a safe place to be.
Our Resilience in Trauma-Exposed Work course will help your participants develop strategies to change their response to an event, to move from obstacles to opportunities, and to build on a network for mutual support.
