People have different needs at different stages of transition. This workshop will help you develop strategies that are responsive to people’s needs at each stage of transition.
Course Content:
- During transition, doing the right thing at the right time can make all the difference to the success of your plans.
- How to communicate a change, built commitment for a change, anchor a change or renew your team, department or unit after a change.
- Learn about the two stages to developing and implementing successful transition strategies.

A student manual is available for the learner to follow during the instructor’s presentation.
Benefits to the participants
Throughout the activities, the learners will look at different strategies to help people during transition and change.
Course Evaluation
A course evaluation will be completed by the participants once the course is finished.
Certificate
A BEVA® certificate of attendance will be provided once the participant completes the course.
