Course Content:
o Definition of consensus
o Establishing norms
o Using “I” and DESC (Describe, Express, Specify, and Consequence) language
o Facilitator role/differences in facilitating own work group or crossing work groups
o Identify current situation/issues
o Finding common ground
o Move to win-win
o Debriefing
