Whether your goal is shifting to a different culture or enhancing the current one, The Leadership Edge is an experiential, hands-on, practical program based on the central learning premise that Words don’t change behaviour… Experiences do. In the course of 24 weeks, your leaders engage in transformational learning experiences through: Benchmarking individual leadership competencies, 6 in-class instruction days, 10 weeks of on-the-job application with personalized coaching, 4 weeks of a practical Capstone Project with coaching that develops solutions to your real-world issues, 2 weeks in After Action Review and benchmark measurement, and establishing a Community of Practice for sustainability.
